We do not guarantee engagement (such as likes, comments, or interactions) from followers. We only guarantee delivery of the quantity purchased.

We do not guarantee that all accounts will include profile pictures, bios, or uploaded content, although we aim for high-quality accounts.

You agree not to upload or distribute any prohibited content, including nudity or material that violates the rules of social media platforms.

Orders placed for private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your account is public before placing an order.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made to glowsmm.com are final. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. Funds must be used within your account balance.

By completing a payment, you agree not to initiate any disputes or chargebacks.

If a dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to terminate your account, cancel all pending orders, and remove any delivered services (followers, likes, etc.).

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. If an order cannot be completed, a credit will be added to your glowsmm.com account balance.

Orders placed incorrectly or for private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please review all details carefully before submitting.

Fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate account termination without exception.

Do not use multiple providers simultaneously for the same service/page, as this may affect delivery accuracy. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Refunds are issued only as account credit for non-deliverable orders. No refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not accept returns once an order has been processed.
