Estimated Delivery: While we strive for promptness, delivery times (0–48 hours) are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations: Orders undelivered after 48 hours may be canceled at your request, subject to refund eligibility.

Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify service types (e.g., substituting followers from one source to another) to fulfill orders.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if services are undelivered after 48 hours or if technical errors occur on our end.

No refunds are provided for delivered services, changes in social media algorithms, or account suspensions by third-party platforms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use GlowSMM to harass, defraud, or infringe on others’ rights.

Reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit our services for unauthorized commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results, and social media platforms may remove followers/likes.

Limitation of Liability: GlowSMM is not liable for losses arising from service delays, platform bans, or indirect damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our panel for violations of this ToS, fraud, or abusive behavior.

10. Governing Law
